AI Transparency

AI tools are a regular part of how I write and build software. I want to be upfront about where and how I use them.

Writing

Every post on this site is written by me. The ideas, opinions, and arguments are mine. I use LLMs for editing, catching awkward phrasing, and tightening structure. I bounce ideas off them before writing, or ask them to simplify a complex explanation so I can rewrite it in my own words. But the thinking and the taste are always mine.

Code

This site was built and is maintained with AI assistance. Coding agents are part of my daily workflow for everything from scaffolding components to debugging build issues. Code examples in blog posts go through the same process and are verified by me before publishing.

Why This Page Exists

I have zero patience for AI slop. The goal was never to just generate more stuff faster; it’s to think better and ship higher quality work. If I’m going to hold that position, I should be transparent about where the line is between my work and the machine’s. If something on this site is wrong, that’s on me.
